Chicken Pasta bake recipe



Chicken pasta bake is a delicious and yummy dish. It contains our most beloved things chicken, pasta, tomato sauce and cheese.

Ingredients

v  400 grams of pasta

v  Oil 2 tablespoon

v  3 chicken breasts in small pieces

v  3 crushed Garlics

v  1½ bell peppers

v  1 onion chopped into small pieces

v  4 tomatoes chopped in pieces

v  150 grams of tomato sauce

v  Salt as per taste

v  Black pepper as per taste

v  1 teaspoon Mint

v  1 teaspoon red chili powder

v  100 grams of butter

v  100 grams of flour

v  ¾ liter of milk

v  100 grams mozzarella cheese, grated

v  100 grams cheddar cheese, grated

 

Preparation time: 1 hour

Working time: 30 minutes

 


Working

v  Heat your oven to 200C before baking

v  Now ready a large baking dish to dip

v  Fill the water in a large pot then add 1 tablespoon of salt and leave it to boil

v  Take a large pan and at medium heat cook the oil. Then add onions and fry them for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken pieces and cook them for 5-6 minutes, add bell peppers and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped tomato pieces, tomato sauce, mint, black pepper, red chili powder and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Make sure they get properly mixed and turn the flame off.

v  In the boiling water add pasta and cook it 1-2 minutes less than the instructions written on it. Pasta must be firm

v  To béchamel melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and mixed it well to form paste. Then add milk and keep it whisking until sauce becomes thick. Keep the flame medium in the process. Now add salt and pepper in it

v  Add béchamel sauce in the pasta and finally add chicken mixture in it and mixed them properly

v  Take baking dish and put whole mixture in it. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheese on the mixture

v  Bake the mixture until it turns golden brown around 25-30 minutes

v  Enjoy the chicken pasta with fresh salad
