Birthdays are usually our exciting and favorite days and what else then cake to have on birthday, so today we are going to make two amazing cakes for birthdays

Vanilla Cake



Ingredients

For Cake

v  290 grams of Flour

v  2 teaspoon baking powder

v  1/2 teaspoon salt

v  115 grams of butter 120 ml oil 300 grams of sugar

v  240 ml buttermilk

v  1 tablespoon vanilla

For Frosting

v  150 grams of butter

v  120 ml of cold heavy cream

v  160 grams of sugar

v  2 tablespoon Vanilla 400 grams of cheese Cream

v  Confetti sprinkle

Preparation time: 2 hours

Working time: 40 minutes

(This time is for both cakes together)

Working

v  To make the cake before baking heat the oven to 175’C take two pans and using password paper and oil grease the pan from bottom and from sides

v  Take about add floor baking soda salt baking powder mix it well

v  Take alarm at sugar in it then add butter and mix them well until it becomes smooth now add eggs one by one and mix them well, now add oil and Vanilla and beat the mixture until it becomes smooth

v  Now mix both mixture the buttermilk and flour mixture in the pan by adding half of flour mixture and half of buttermilk makes them until they become smooth

v  Divide this mixture into two Pounds we have prepared before then put them in the oven and bake them 40 minutes until they become thick and properly baked

v  Take the cake out of oven and allowed them to cool let them cool completely don't touch them

v  For frosting take a large bowl and add butter and cream cheese and mix them properly until they become smooth then add sugar and Vanilla extract and mix them till it become smooth and well combined now take another ball and add heavy cream then fold it into the cream cheese mixture

v  For assembling take one cake layer and spread frosting on it then add another layer of cake and spread frosting on it repeat the process and spread equally frosting on bottom and sides of cake

v  Spread sprinkles on the side(edges) of cake for decoration

v  Put the cake in freezer before serving (2 hours at least)

 

Chocolate Cake



Ingredients

For cake

v  220 grams of flour

v  75 grams of cocoa powder

v  1.5 teaspoons of baking soda

v  1 teaspoons baking powder

v  1/4 tsp salt

v  2 eggs

v  240 ml of buttermilk

v  120 ml of vegetable oil 240 ml of coffee

v  1 teaspoons vanilla

For frosting

v  175 grams of butter

v  335 grams of cream cheese

v  70 grams of cocoa powder

v  200 grams of sugar in powder

v  1 teaspoon Vanilla

 

Working

v  For making the cake before baking heat the oven to 180’C now take the water and grease it into 5 at bottom and sides with parchment paper add some cocoa powder in it

v  Now Take a large ball at baking soda baking powder and cocoa powder and mix them well now at floor and Saul in it and mix them properly

v  Take another ball add buttermilk coffee eggs and Vanilla mix all the mixture well and make sure it gets properly combined

v  Now take both mixtures and combine them properly by whisking

v  Now put this batter in the prepare pans by dividing in half

v  Put the pan in oven and bake them 43235 winners and make sure they get thicken then let them to cool before frosting

v  For frosting take a bowl and add butter in it now add cream cheese and makes them properly and till they become smooth now add cocoa powder salt and vanilla mixture properly until it becomes smooth and combined now add sugar and mixture properly until it becomes smooth and well combined

v  Now for assembling take the layer of cake and frosting on it then again take a layer of cake and spread frosting on it. Add frosting on the sides and top as well

v  Put the cake in the freezer for 2-3 hours at least before serving
