·         2 and a half milliliters of baking soda

·         10 milliliters of baking powder

·         5 milliliters of salt

PREPPERATION

These are the ingredients listed above so let's get started.

We have a glass heatproof bowl here over a little bit of simmering water. We want to start melting all our butter then chocolate followed by sugar in our hot water and coffee. Now we will heat water and   we will add in it our instant coffee, the hot water will help that dissolve then we are just going to pour that in as well so at this point, we just want to let all of it start melting together and we are going to let that melt down for a while or so.

We’ll check on it in about 5 minutes, later all our ingredients have indeed melted down and it smells quite pleasant so at this point we're done with this step. Now we are going to remove this, and we will clean up. We are ready to add the mixture to our hot bowl of ingredients, now we are going to add in milk first, which will decrease the temperature of our mixture we will grab the mixer now and start mixing and then we are going to add in our four eggs. We will add vegetable oil in it and then we'll start adding in our dry ingredients, so we are going to shift these in, so we need to get our all-purpose flour baking powder, salt baking soda and our cocoa powder.

Now, we'll grab the back of a spoon and just push the rest right through my sieve perfect grab we will use mixer speed number one get all of this nicely combined. Now, we will set our oven at 300 degrees once that is well combined, we are ready to fill our tin I have an 8-inch diameter baking tin here we have lined the bottom with parchment paper as well as the sides and we'll just get all our beautiful batter right in.

Now we are going to pop our mud cake into our 300 degree/Fahrenheit oven for about 2 hours.

All right here we are, our cake was in for exactly 2 hours, and you can see how beautiful this is. This is extremely hot we're going to have to let this cool down before we unmold it, I'll just lift it up so you can see look at that nice.

Let this cool down and now we will come back a little while later when your mud cake has completely cooled you can now remove it from the tin.

In the bottom and we just going to gently push up this. and there we have our cake and then we'll just unmold the cake parchment paper right off and there is our beautiful chocolate mud cake looks amazing.

We're going to cover this with a beautiful dark chocolate butter ganache. We are just going to direct you how to remove the bottom portion we just want to get a little knife right in between and just give it a little turn and it pops right off our beautiful it's a parchment paper. We just gently peel that right off our beautiful mud cake lovely so at this point you could just pour your beautiful chocolate ganache right over as it is.

However, I want in order to make the shape a little smoother in order to do so we are just going to cut off a little piece of the top to level it; we are just going to go around and as we turn the cake, we cut into the cake with a sawing motion right through and if you don't get it perfect manually then you can draw a perfect shape with a container.
