EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
INREDIENTS

10 ounces (284 g)

All-Purpose Flour 2 cups spooned in and leveled

Granulated Sugar (397 g)
·
2 cups (113 g) Cocoa Powder
·
1 cup Baking Powder
·
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
·
1 teaspoon Salt
·
2 large Eggs room temperature
·
Buttermilk (227 g)
·
1 cup (227 g) Hot Coffee
·
1 cup (113 g) Vegetable Oil
·
1/2 cup (Add 1 extra ounce for a moister cake)
·
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
so first of all we are going to make our actual
cake layers and we be using easy chocolate cake recipe and keep in mind that this
is an chocolate based cake as we know that butter gets hard when frozen so we
will be using oil so an oil based cake will be better option. Before we start
check that your are having all ingredients available.
Now get some hot coffee if you don’t want use or
don’t have coffee then just use hot water instead of coffee
As this is simple recipe because we are just
going to literally add all of ingredients together
Take a bowl and put all-purpose flour and cocoa
powder we are using cocoa powder, but you can use same powder by cocoa berry it
will bring slightly different flavor but don’t use both because either one will
work of this recipe now add baking soda in it along with baking powder and salt.
And mix them well with the help of electric mixer.
After making the above-mentioned mixture now we
will be adding coffee and will mix it until it is combined. As we are done so
you can see that the mixture is wet and batter is very loose and that is so
normal
Now divide the batter between two eight inch by
inch and you can use any cake pan of any size you want to use like to weigh my pans with the batter in it just to kind of see.
After setting the batter in the
pan now heat the oven at 335F degree for about 30 to 40 minutes depending on
your oven or until the top of the cake is just set.no once your cake is done
baking take it out and cool down until the pan is just kind of warm to touch
and then you can flip it out.
Now we are going to freeze it now some people freeze
cake overnight because its best but if you are going to do so you will be
having best cake but even though youe should freeze it for 4 to 5 hours.
STABILIZED WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE

Cream (454 g)
·
3 cups (85 g) Powdered
Sugar
·
3/4 cup
Vanilla Extract
·
1or 2
teaspoons Powdered Gelati KNOX or something similar
·
2 Tablespoons
Cool Water
· 1 or 2 teaspoons Heavy Whipping Cream
for making ice cream layer you can
use your favorite brand your favorite flavor so take any combination of ice cream so your flavour options are endless so I took this out of the freezer about
30 minutes ago so it's already starting to get nice and soft so I can easily scoop it into my pan you can even make your own ice cream and right at that point where
your ice cream is done
mixing and it's kind of
in that like softened stage you just smooth it right into the pan and then freeze it right away and it will save you a lot of
money making your own ice
cream.
all right so to make our ice cream layer very simple we
have the pan and some tin foil we are just pressing that into the sides you can use wax paper or you can use parchment you could use plastic wrap but tin foil kind of holds
onto the pan a little bit better so that you're when you smush the ice cream in there it doesn't pull up
when you move your spatula you get all the
way into this corner sowe can have a nice even layer okay got that ready to go now we have our
ice cream yeah and we are going to take this entire container of ice cream and put it in.
